IT STARTED WITH FOOD
Growing up in a European household, everything revolved around food. By the time I was 12, I weighed 96kg and that year, my parents gave me a gym membership for my birthday.
That moment kickstarted years of body image struggles and a deep obsession with health and wellbeing. But it also planted a seed.
In my twenties, I started doing things properly. I completed my qualification in Exercise and Sports Nutrition and began learning what optimal health actually looks like not quick fixes, but real, lasting change.


Poor sleep and fussy eating are deeply linked. And modern parenting? It can feel incredibly isolating. We don't have the village we're supposed to have.
Parents are exhausted, overwhelmed, and running on empty with very little time or energy left to focus on their own health.
So I asked myself: why not bring both worlds together?
That's how Halo was born. Built on the two most powerful pillars of health:
Today I'm a qualified paediatric sleep consultant helping families improve baby and toddler sleep. Alongside this, I am also a Certified Sleep Consultant for Special Needs (Neurodivergent) Children.
This additional training allows me to better support families navigating sleep challenges alongside conditions such as autism, ADHD, sensory differences, developmental delays and other additional needs.
Every child is unique, and my approach remains gentle, responsive and tailored to your child's individual needs.
In my spare time, I'm also finalising my advanced certification in nutritional counselling, specialising in women and children.
From prenatal and postpartum to early childhood, adolescence, perimenopause and beyond, long-term health and longevity are always at the core of my approach.
I ask questions. I look at the full picture. I'm not just focused on what's happening right now. I'm thinking about your future, and your children's future.
