My approach focuses on supporting healthy sleep habits in a way that feels realistic, supportive and sustainable for both you and your child. Depending on your goals and the approach chosen, some children may experience short periods of frustration or protest while learning a new skill or adjusting to change, however families are supported throughout the process.

I provide judgement-free support for families who are currently co-sleeping, bed-sharing or room sharing.
For safety reasons, all sleep support and recommendations provided by Halo Nutrition + Sleep are based on current evidence-based safe sleep guidelines. Sleep support is provided when a child is sleeping in (or transitioning toward) their own independent sleep space appropriate for their age and developmental stage (such as a cot, bassinet or safe sleep-approved bed).
Room sharing is absolutely supported, provided your child has their own safe and independent sleep space within the room.
If your goal is to transition away from co-sleeping or bed-sharing, I can help guide you through that process in a gradual, realistic and supportive way.

Every family is different, which is why I tailor support to your child, your parenting style and what feels realistic for your family. Together, we focus on creating healthy sleep foundations through routines, environment, age-appropriate schedules and responsive support.

Sleep can sometimes be impacted by underlying medical or developmental factors.
While I can support sleep habits, routines and sleep foundations, I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. If I believe something may require medical assessment, I will recommend speaking with your GP, paediatrician or relevant healthcare professional.
I do not provide specialised feeding therapy or detailed weaning support. However, I can provide general evidence-based nutrition guidance to help support adequate daytime intake, healthy routines and overall sleep foundations.
If more complex feeding support is required, I may recommend referral to an appropriate healthcare professional.
Having completed my qualification through the Institute of Paediatric Sleep and Parenting (IPSP®) , my approach combines evidence-based sleep support with realistic, practical guidance for busy families.

Sleep with multiples can bring its own unique challenges, including managing different sleep needs, feeding schedules, overnight wakings and balancing routines across more than one child. Support is tailored to your family’s situation, goals and what feels realistic for your household.
Whether your twins or multiples are sharing a room, transitioning into more consistent routines, or working toward improved naps and overnight sleep, strategies are designed to be practical, supportive and sustainable.
Due to the time, preparation and personalised support provided for each family, all purchases made through Halo Nutrition + Sleep are final and non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided for:
